Milestone-based payment structure. If deliverables for a milestone are not met to the agreed specification, that milestone payment is refundable. Disputes are resolved through direct communication before any formal action. Work completed and approved is non-refundable.
Either party may cancel with written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date, prorated against the agreed milestone schedule. Incomplete milestones are billed at an hourly rate for work already performed.
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included at no additional cost. Requests outside the original specification are quoted separately before work begins. I will always communicate clearly when a request falls outside scope.
Upon full payment, all custom code and assets created for your project are transferred to you. I retain no ownership or usage rights to your deliverables. Third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks remain under their respective licenses.
